Standard Terms and Conditions at the Time of Contracting

1. Our offer are valid for Seven (7) days from quotation date only.
2. The quotation issued by Millenium Roller Doors SA is confidential and will be binding on written acceptance.
3. Quote applicability is subject to Millenium Roller Doors' SA site inspection and clear correct specifications supported by client.
4. If doors are manufactured to specifications given by purchaser, any variance will be for the purchasers' account.
5. Additional work not specified on new instructions or repairs will be separately quoted and charged ab initio.
6. Millenium Roller Doors SA will not be responsible for Vis Major or Casus Fortuitus as i.e. generator cost will be for client's account.
7. All new doors carry a one (1) year warrantee provided the door is serviced after six (6) months from installation and not worked on by any other company.
8. All warrantees / guarantees shall lapse, expire or prescribe should any one of the terms and conditions not be met.
9. Save for installation, full payment will be due and payable if client delays any process, delivery or installation.
10. Millenium Roller Doors SA accepts no responsibility it reasonably could not have prohibited.

Payment Terms

1. All doors are strictly COD with a deposit paid on acceptance of order, and the balance on delivery.
2. Client monies paid will be forfeited in the event of any cancellation, as doors are made to order.
3. All doors and parts remain the property of Millenium Roller Doors SA until full and final payment has been received, and may be removed from client premise for breach of any term in the contractual relationship.
4. In the event of any breach, Client authorizes Millenium Roller Doors SA to recover all cost to detriment to remove doors as well as all admin and legal fees related to the breach of terms and conditions of this agreement.
5. Any retention right Client may have against Millenium Roller Doors SA will be treated as a separate matter with no exception.
